Steven Gerrard: Liverpool Have No Reason
The Merseyside club only managed to obtain two  

points from five games early in the 2012-13 season

EPL: Steven Gerrard, Liverpool v Wigan Athletic

Manchester United at Anfield on Sunday (23/9) evening.  
Moreover, due to the loss, the Reds are now slumped in the 
relegation zone.

Although appearing dominant in the game and went ahead thanks 

to goals from Gerrard, Liverpool finally forced to give up United 
 back ahead 2-1 after a goal by Rafael and Robin van Persie penalty.

 Manchester duo, Gerrard insists they should be able to collect more points.

"We will not look for any reason, we know how much value we have 

collected and that's not good enough," he said as quoted by RTE.

"Clubs such as Liverpool, let alone perform in the cage, it should be able 

 to gain maximum points on the club an opponent, no matter how good  
the club."

However, Gerrard urged not to panic Liverpudlian address this outcome.  

"But this is not the time to panic. Fans can see what is being sought by  
trainers and they can see what the players pursued because they were  
supporters of the intelligent."
